A spirit of the inner master of myself He Is, is upon myself, because He Is has anointed my eternal self, to bear good news to the depressed/bowed down ones, he has sent myself to saddle those broken in pieces in heart, to call for a liberty for those who are taken captive, and to those who are bound, an eye-opening-opening.
פקחקוח doubling of פקח "opening the eye" used only for opening the eyes (once for ear). Thought of as "opening wide" or "completely" the doubling is in reference to the blockage/beam removed, creating a peqach-qoach, a two sided opening, at which point one sees the other...(cf. Strong's #6494)
"To give to themselves an ornamented one instead of ash, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the wrapping of a song of praise instead of a spirit of dimness! And he summoned to themselves mighty oaks of the Just one, a planting of He Is to glorify self."
