2 and he is saying toward the Mortal Man and he is saying he has come toward toward below fire upon/against the City and he is coming in by the dual eyes

8 and he is perceiving man below
9 And behold! four one one one one stone Precious Gem ("Tarshish")
10 one as when he is becoming in the center
11 in the hand toward not in the hand for the Standing Place which not in the hand
12 and every/all in the hand dual eyes circling
13 to themselves in the hand
14 and four faces faces and a face the Second One faces man faces faces an eagle
