Genesis 22:13
And Father-of-Tumult is lifting up אֶת-his eyes, and he is seeing, and behold, a chief753 behind has been grasped754 in the Interwoven755 by his dual-horns.756 And Father-of-Tumult is walking, and is taking אֶת-the Chief, and he is causing him to ascend for an ascension underneath his son/builder.

755 | Strong’s #5442, סבך sebak. Interwoven, interweb, i.e. thicket. Here only with the definite article. It is a specific “thicket,” something interwoven, interconnected, like a net. The presence of the definite article means it should not be merely a thicket or something interwoven. This is a noun from the verb root סבך sabak (#5440) to interweave, entwine, plait. The “thicket” in particular is therefore an “internet” of branches which “takes hold” or “grasps” the “chief ram.” |
