RBT Translation:
ἐπίβλημα - Coverlet, Bedspread, Tapestry, Lid
No one sews a coverlet of unmilled tattered rag upon an ancient outer garment, otherwise the Fullness will raise up away from himself, the New One of the Ancient One, and a worse division is becoming.8LITV Translation:
And no one sews a patch of unmilled cloth on an old garment, else it takes away its fullness, the new from the old, and a worse tear occurs.
And no one sews a patch of unmilled cloth on an old garment, else it takes away its fullness, the new from the old, and a worse tear occurs.

Footnotes
8 | The Greek preposition ἀπ’ (away from) does not exist between the words "the new" and "the old/ancient" but interpreters seem to like to plug it in. τοῦ παλαιοῦ is in the genitive case, "of the old." |
