and he is drawing near toward himself multiplying one the Cord/Rope Rigger and he is saying to himself what/how to yourself/walk he who is stunned stand he summoned toward gods of yourself maybe they are thinking about themselves the Gods to ourselves and not we are being lost
RBT Paraphrase:
Jonah to Speaking to Himself
And he is drawing near toward himself, a multiplying one ("Rab") of the Rope Binder, and he is saying to himself, "What is to yourself stunned one? Stand up, summon toward mighty ones of yourself! Maybe the Mighty Ones are considering themselves to ourselves, and we are not being lost/destroyed away!"
LITV Translation:
And the chief of the seamen came near to him and said to him, What is it to you, O sound sleeper? Rise up and cry out to your God! It may be our god will notice us, and we will not perish.
ESV Translation:
So the captain came and said to him, “What do you mean, you sleeper? Arise, call out to your god! Perhaps the god will give a thought to us, that we may not perish.”

And the shipmaster came to him, and said to him, Why snorest thou? arise, and call upon thy God, that God may save us, and we perish not.
