He was despised and rejected by mortal men, a man of painful sorrows, familiar with sickness/grief, and we are being despised1 as a secretive hideout2 of faces, from the manna of himself, and we had no regard for himself.

He was despised and forsaken of men; a man of griefs and knowing affliction: and as hiding the faces from him; he was despised and we regarded him not.
