And the sun is rising to-himself when he has crossed over אֶת-Face of El, and himself is he-who-bending-to-the-side1039 over his thigh.

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And the sun will rise to him when he passed through the face of God, and he limped upon his thigh. 32For this, the sons of Israel will not eat the sinew which dried up which is upon the hollow of the thigh, even till this day; for he touched upon the hollow of Jacob's thigh in the sinew which dried up.
LITV Translation:
And the sun rose on him as he passed over Penuel, and he was limping on his thigh.
ESV Translation:
The sun rose upon him as he passed Penuel, limping because of his hip.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And Jacob called the name of that place, the Face of God; For, said he, I have seen God face to face, and my life was preserved.
