And he is, from the morrow,690 that the First-fruit is saying toward the Little, `Behold, I have laid down yesterday את-my father.691 Let us cause him to drink wine—also the Night-ward—and you come in, lie down with himself, and we may revive from our father—a seed.`
LITV Translation:
And on the next day it happened, the first born said to the younger, Behold, I lay with my father last night. Let us cause him to drink wine tonight also. And you go in and lie with him, so that we may keep alive seed of our father.
ESV Translation:
The next day, the firstborn said to the younger, “Behold, I lay last night with my father. Let us make him drink wine tonight also. Then you go in and lie with him, that we may preserve offspring from our father.”
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And it came to pass on the morrow, that the elder said to the younger, Behold, I slept yesternight with our father, let us make him drink wine in this night also, and do thou go in and sleep with him, and let us raise up seed of our father.
