and he is saying toward myself what/why your/her eternal self he has seen and he said myself he has seen a roll she who flies her length twenty/rich ones within a mother/forearm and wide/breadth ten with a mother/forearm

And he is saying toward myself, "What has your eternal self seen?" And he said, "Myself has seen a roll, she who flies. Her length is twenty within a mother/forearm, and her breadth ten within a mother/forearm."
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And he will say to me, What seest thou? And saying, I see a roll flying; its length twenty by the cubit, and its breadth, ten by the cubit.
LITV Translation:
And he said to me, What do you see? And I answered, I see a flying scroll; its length is twenty cubits, and its width ten cubits.
