Revelation 5:1

Καὶ εἶδον ἐπὶ τὴν δεξιὰν τοῦ καθημένου ἐπὶ τοῦ θρόνου βιβλίον γεγραμμένον ἔσωθεν καὶ ἔξωθεν, κατεσφραγισμένον σφραγῖσιν ἑπτά.

Full of Eyes from within

And I perceived upon the Right Side of the one who is sitting down upon the Throne, a book, that which has been written/drawn from within and from behind, that which has been sealed tight by seven signet-seals.

LITV Translation:
And I saw on the right of the One sitting on the throne a scroll having been written within and on the back, having been sealed with seven seals.

ESV Translation:
Then I saw in the right hand of him who was seated on the throne a scroll written within and on the back, sealed with seven seals.
