Καὶ εἶδον ἄγγελον πετόμενον ἐν μεσουρανήματι, ἔχοντα εὐαγγέλιον αἰώνιον, εὐαγγελίσαι τοὺς καθημένους ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, καὶ ἐπὶ πᾶν ἔθνος καὶ φυλὴν καὶ γλῶσσαν καὶ λαόν,

The Zenith, The Tsoharaim, צהרים - "The Noon Lights" "midday" or "High Noon"

And I perceived another angel, he who is flying within middle-heaven, he who is holding eternal glad tidings to gospelize upon the ones who are living upon the Earth, and upon every Company of People and company of people and tongue and people.

LITV Translation:
And I saw another angel flying in mid-heaven, having an everlasting gospel to proclaim to those dwelling on the earth, even to every nation and tribe and tongue and people,

ESV Translation:
Then I saw another angel flying directly overhead, with an eternal gospel to proclaim to those who dwell on earth, to every nation and tribe and language and people.
