Revelation 12:17

Καὶ ὠργίσθη ὁ δράκων ἐπὶ τῇ γυναικί, καὶ ἀπῆλθε ποιῆσαι πόλεμον μετὰ τῶν λοιπῶν τοῦ σπέρματος αὐτῆς, τῶν τηρούντων τὰς ἐντολὰς τοῦ Θεοῦ καὶ ἐχόντων τὴν μαρτυρίαν Ἰησοῦ.

RBT Translation:

Alongside the ones sown on good soil

And the Dragon was angry on account of the Woman,¹⁸ and he went to make war in company with the Remaining Ones of the Sown Ones of herself, the ones who keep watch over the Commandments of the God and the ones who are holding the Testament of Salvation. And he stood ready upon the Sand of the Sea.

LITV Translation:
And the dragon was enraged over the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her seed, those keeping the commandments of God, and having the testimony of Jesus Christ.

ESV Translation:
Then the dragon became furious with the woman and went off to make war on the rest of her offspring, on those who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus. And he stood on the sand of the sea.

The preposition ἐπί "upon" with the dative "the woman"

LSJ make clear the dative in the context of persons, and there exist plenty of examples of the proper meaning:

τετεύξεται ἄλγεʼ ἐπʼ αὐτῇ (he will suffer pains on her account) - Iliad 21.585
