Matthew 8:8

Καὶ ἀποκριθεὶς ὁ ἑκατόνταρχος ἔφη, Κύριε, οὐκ εἰμὶ ἱκανὸς ἵνα μου ὑπὸ τὴν στέγην εἰσέλθῃς· ἀλλὰ μόνον εἰπὲ λόγῳ, καὶ ἰαθήσεται ὁ παῖς μου.

A Powerful Word

And he who has been separated, the Captain of a Hundred Men, brought to light, "Master, I am not sufficient so that you should come under the Roof of myself, but only speak a word, and the Boy Child of myself will be healed."

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And the captain of a hundred having answered said, Lord, I am not fit that thou shouldest enter in under my roof: but only say the word, and my servant shall be healed.

LITV Translation:
And answering, the centurion said, Lord, I am not worthy that You should enter under my roof, but only speak a word and my boy will be healed.

ESV Translation:
But the centurion replied, “Lord, I am not worthy to have you come under my roof, but only say the word, and my servant will be healed.
