προσεύχομαι (#G4336 proseúxomai)

Difference from εὔχομαι (euxomai)

• εὔχομαι (#G2172 euxomai): This term generally means "to wish" or "to pray." It is broader and can refer to any kind of wish or vow, not necessarily directed towards God.
