To the 0ne who is asking yourself, give, and the one who is desiring away from you to borrow, you should not turn away.

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
To him asking thee, give thou, and him wishing to borrow from thee, thou shouldst not turn away.

LITV Translation:
He asking you to give, and he wishing to borrow from you, do not turn away.

ESV Translation:
Give to the one who begs from you, and do not refuse the one who would borrow from you.
