Matthew 27:6

Οἱ δὲ ἀρχιερεῖς λαβόντες τὰ ἀργύρια εἶπον, Οὐκ ἔξεστι βαλεῖν αὐτὰ εἰς τὸν κορβανᾶν, ἐπεὶ τιμὴ αἵματός ἐστι.

And the High Priests, those who have taken hold of the Silver, they said, "It is not lawful to cast themselves into the Korban-Offering, since she is the value of blood.

And taking the pieces of silver, the chief priests said, It is not lawful to put them into the treasury, since it is the price of blood.
