And down to a feast, the Leader had been accustomed to setting free one captive to the Multitude, whomever they were desiring.

And in the festival the leader was accustomed to loose one imprisoned to the crowd, which they desired.

LITV Translation:
And at a feast, the governor customarily released one prisoner to the crowd, whom they wished.

ESV Translation:
Now at the feast the governor was accustomed to release for the crowd any one prisoner whom they wanted.
