Λέγει αὐτῷ ὁ Πέτρος, Κἂν δέῃ με σὺν σοὶ ἀποθανεῖν, οὐ μή σε ἀπαρνήσωμαι. Ὁμοίως δὲ καὶ πάντες οἱ μαθηταὶ εἶπον.

He is saying to himself, the Small Stone, "If even it is necessary myself to die together with yourself, I will never deny yourself!" And all the Learners said the same thing.

Peter says to him, Though it should be necessary for me to die with thee, I will not deny thee: likewise also said all the disciples.
