Καὶ ἐλυπήθη ὁ βασιλεύς, διὰ δὲ τοὺς ὅρκους καὶ τοὺς συνανακειμένους ἐκέλευσε δοθῆναι·

And he who has been hurt, the King, across the other side to the Oaths and to those who are reclining up together, commanded to be given.

And the king was grieved, but because of the oaths, and those who had reclined with him , he ordered it to be given.

And the king was sorry, but because of his oaths and his guests he commanded it to be given.
