Chapter 14
Matthew 14:15

RBT Hebrew Literal:
The Place is Lonely Desolate
And of her who has become late, the Learners came to himself, those who say, "The Place is Solitary/Desolate, and the Hour she has already come close beside. Set free therefore the Multitude so that those who have gone away into the Unwalled Villages might buy in the market foods for themselves."Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And being evening, his disciples came to him, saying, It is a desert place, and the time has passed already; loose the crowds, that, having gone into towns, they might purchase food for themselves.
And being evening, his disciples came to him, saying, It is a desert place, and the time has passed already; loose the crowds, that, having gone into towns, they might purchase food for themselves.
LITV Translation:
And evening coming, His disciples came near to Him saying, The place is deserted, and the hour is already gone by. Dismiss the crowds, that going away into the villages they may buy provisions for themselves.
And evening coming, His disciples came near to Him saying, The place is deserted, and the hour is already gone by. Dismiss the crowds, that going away into the villages they may buy provisions for themselves.
ESV Translation:
Now when it was evening, the disciples came to him and said, “This is a desolate place, and the day is now over; send the crowds away to go into the villages and buy food for themselves.”
