RBT Translation:
διαβλέπω - Look Through/Across
Thereafter, he placed backwards the Hands upon the Eyes of himself, and he looked through, and he was restored, and he was gazing radiantly afar upon all things.Take the cross beam out of your eye
The adverb τηλαυγῶς comes from the combination of τῆλε téle (afar, from a distance) and αὐγή augé (radiance, light). It is a poetic and later prose term meaning "radiantly afar," or "shining from a distance."
LITV Translation:
Then He placed His hands on his eyes again, and made him look up. And he was restored and saw all clearly.
Then He placed His hands on his eyes again, and made him look up. And he was restored and saw all clearly.
ESV Translation:
Then Jesus laid his hands on his eyes again; and he opened his eyes, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly.
Then Jesus laid his hands on his eyes again; and he opened his eyes, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly.
