Luke 8:37

Καὶ ἠρώτησαν αὐτὸν ἅπαν τὸ πλῆθος τῆς περιχώρου τῶν Γαδαρηνῶν ἀπελθεῖν ἀπ᾽ αὐτῶν, ὅτι φόβῳ μεγάλῳ συνείχοντο· αὐτὸς δὲ ἐμβὰς εἰς τὸ πλοῖον ὑπέστρεψεν.

Pressed on All Sides by a Mega Fear

And all of the Multitude of the Surrounding Region of the Black Slime Dwellers ("Girgashites") questioned himself to go away from themselves, because they were held/pressed on every side by a mega fear. And he, himself who has entered into a ship, turned back around.

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And all the multitude of the country round about, of the Gadarenes, asked him to depart from them; for they were held fast by great fear: and he having gone into the ship, returned.

LITV Translation:
And all the multitude of the neighborhood of the Gadarenes were seized with a great fear. And they asked Him to depart from them. And entering into the boat, He returned.

ESV Translation:
Then all the people of the surrounding country of the Gerasenes asked him to depart from them, for they were seized with great fear. So he got into the boat and returned.
