John 9:31

Οἴδαμεν δὲ ὅτι ἁμαρτωλῶν ὁ Θεὸς οὐκ ἀκούει· ἀλλ᾽ ἐάν τις θεοσεβὴς ᾖ, καὶ τὸ θέλημα αὐτοῦ ποιῇ, τούτου ἀκούει.

We see that the God does not hear sinners/missing-ones, except if anyone is God-worshiping, and makes the Desire of himself, he hears this one.

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And we know that God hears not the sinful: but if any be godly, and do his will, this he hears.

LITV Translation:
But we know that God does not hear sinful ones, but if anyone is God fearing, and does His will, He hears that one.

ESV Translation:
We know that God does not listen to sinners, but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does his will, God listens to him.
