John 8:59

Ἦραν οὖν λίθους ἵνα βάλωσιν ἐπ᾽ αὐτόν· Ἰησοῦς δὲ ἐκρύβη, καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ἐκ τοῦ ἱεροῦ, διελθὼν διὰ μέσου αὐτῶν· καὶ παρῆγεν οὕτως.

Therefore they raised up stones, so that they might cast at himself. But Salvation was hidden, and he came out from the Sacred Place, passing across through the middle of themselves, and he was in this way leading past.

Because of this, they took up stones that they might throw them on Him. But Jesus was hidden, and went forth out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.
