Ἡ οὖν σπεῖρα καὶ ὁ χιλίαρχος καὶ οἱ ὑπηρέται τῶν Ἰουδαίων συνέλαβον τὸν Ἰησοῦν, καὶ ἔδησαν αὐτόν,

Therefore the Coil and the Ruler of a Thousand, and the Under-rowers of the Casters took hold of Salvation together, and chained himself.

Then the cohort, even the commander and the under-officers of the Jews together, seized Jesus and bound Him.

So the band of soldiers and their captain and the officers of the Jews arrested Jesus and bound him.
