John 12:25

Ὁ φιλῶν τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ ἀπολέσει αὐτήν· καὶ ὁ μισῶν τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ ἐν τῷ κόσμῳ τούτῳ εἰς ζωὴν αἰώνιον φυλάξει αὐτήν.

RBT Translation:

The one who philo-loves the Soul-life of himself, destroys away herself, and the one who hates the Soul-life of himself within this World, will protect herself into zoe-life eternal.

LITV Translation:
The one who loves his life loses it, and the one who hates his life in this world will keep it to everlasting life.

ESV Translation:
Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.
