RBT Hebrew Literal:
Given of God is saying to self, from where are you knowing myself? The Salvation separated and said to self, "Before the Crowing to yourself, Lover of the Horse,69a he who is below the Fig Tree, I perceived yourself!"
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
Nathanael says to him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said to him, Before Philip called thee, being under the fig tree, I saw thee.
LITV Translation:
Nathanael said to Him, From where do You know me? Jesus answered and said to him, Before Philip called, you being under the fig tree, I saw you.
ESV Translation:
Nathanael said to him, “How do you know me?” Jesus answered him, “Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.”

Footnotes

69a

Φίλιππον (Philip) is in the accusative case, which indicates that it is the direct object of the verb in the sentence. Hence, the rendering "Before Philip calling" is incorrect.
