And Yahweh is being consoled,234 for he has made אֶת-the Red-one in the Earth, and he is paining himself235 toward his heart.236

Made in the Wrong Place, Below
And He Is is being sorry/repenting, for he made the self eternal Man within in the Earth, and he is hurting himself toward the heart of himself.
LITV Translation:
And Jehovah repented that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved to His heart.
ESV Translation:
And the LORD regretted that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him to his heart.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
then God laid it to heart that he had made man upon the earth, and he pondered it deeply.
