ReoccuringEternal?

Strong’s #386, ethan. Reoccurring, continual, perennial. Adjective. Sometimes interpreted as ever-flowing, this may actually be the word closest to our concept of “eternal”, i.e. something that does not cease. Gesenius points out that it is especially used of water (streams, rivers, sea, etc.). 1 Kings 8:2 speaks of the (7th) month of “perennial” streams which is understood as streams that reoccur.

“…you have dried the rivers of reoccurrence [ethan].” Psa. 74:15 literal
