And behold seven cows of the back are those-who-ascend the back of them from-out of the Canal, ruined-ones of sight and crushed ones of flesh, and they are setting-upright beside the cows upon the edge of the Canal.

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
Behold, seven other heifers coming up after them out of the river, evil of look, thin in flesh; and they will stand by the heifers by the lip of the river.
LITV Translation:
And, behold, seven other cows were going up after them from the River, evil of appearance and lean of flesh. And they were standing beside the cows on the lip of the River.
ESV Translation:
And behold, seven other cows, ugly and thin, came up out of the Nile after them, and stood by the other cows on the bank of the Nile.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And other seven cows came up after these out of the river, ill-favored and lean-fleshed, and fed by the other cows on the bank of the river.
