Himself is the Word which I have ordered toward Pharaoh, which the Elohim is he-who-makes, he has caused-to-see אֶת-Pharaoh.

This the word which I spake to Pharaoh: what God did, he showed Pharaoh.

LITV Translation:
This is the word that I spoke to Pharaoh: what God is about to do, He has shown Pharaoh

ESV Translation:
It is as I told Pharaoh; God has shown to Pharaoh what he is about to do.
