And he is becoming like one-who-turns-back his hand, and behold, his brother has gone out, and she is saying, `How have you broken through? Upon you is a gap/breach.` And he is calling-out his name Breach.1207

A Gap in Himself
And he is becoming as one who turns back a hand of himself, and behold! the brother of himself has gone out, and she is saying, "How did you break through? Against yourself is a breach!" And he is summoning the name of himself, Breach ("Paretz").
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And it will be after turning back his hand, and behold his brother will come forth; and she will say, How didst thou break forth? the breach upon thee: and his name shall be called. 30And afterward his brother will come forth, whom upon his hand the scarlet, and his name shall be called Zarah.
LITV Translation:
And it happened as he withdrew his hand, behold, his brother came out. And she said, How have you broken a break for yourself? And one called his name Pharez.
ESV Translation:
But as he drew back his hand, behold, his brother came out. And she said, “What a breach you have made for yourself!” Therefore his name was called Perez.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And when he drew back his hand, then immediately came forth his brother; and she said, Why has the barrier been cut through because of thee? and she called his name, Perez.
