ו לא אחר ה נער ל עשות ה דבר כי חפץ ב בת יעקב ו הוא נכבד מ כל בית אביו

and the Shaken-out-one has not remained-behind¹⁰⁷¹ to make the Word, for he has delighted in the built-one of Heel, and himself is a heavy-one¹⁰⁷² above the whole of the house of his father.

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And the youth deferred not to do the word, for he delighted in Jacob's daughter, and he was honorable more than all his father's house.

LITV Translation:
And the young man did not hesitate to do the thing, for he delighted in Jacob's daughter. And he was more honorable than all the house of his father.

ESV Translation:
And the young man did not delay to do the thing, because he delighted in Jacob’s daughter. Now he was the most honored of all his father’s house.

Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And the young man delayed not to do this thing, for he was much attached to Jacob’s daughter, and he was the most honorable of all in his father’s house.
