And he is lifting up אֶת-his eyes, and is seeing אֶת-the Women and אֶת-the Born-ones, and is saying, `Who are these ones to-yourself?` And he is saying, `The Born-ones who elohim has bent-over1047 אֶת-your slave.`

RBT Paraphrase:
The Favored Ones
And he is lifting up the self eternal eyes of himself, and he is seeing the self eternal Women, and self eternal Children, and he is saying, "Who are these ones to yourself?" And he is saying, "The Children, whom mighty ones has favored the self eternal slave of yourself."
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And he will lift up his eyes and will see the women and the children, and he will say, To whom these to thee? And he will say, The children with whom God compassionated thy servant.
LITV Translation:
And he lifted up his eyes and saw the women and the children And he said, Who are these with you? And he said, The children with whom God has favored your servant.
ESV Translation:
And when Esau lifted up his eyes and saw the women and children, he said, “Who are these with you?” Jacob said, “The children whom God has graciously given your servant.”

And Esau looked up and saw the women and the children, and said, What are these to thee? And he said, The children with which God has mercifully blessed thy servant.
