Genesis 32:2

And Heel is saying, when he has seen them, `The encampment of elohim is this one.` And he is calling-out the name of the Standing place of Himself `Double Camps.`1018

And when he saw them, Jacob said, This is the camp of God. And he called the name of that place, Refuge.

And when Jacob saw them he said, “This is God’s camp!” So he called the name of that place Mahanaim.
