And she is calling-out אֶת-his name He-Adds,⁹⁷⁷ to say, `Yahweh is adding to-myself a builder of a back-one.`

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And she will call his name Joseph, saying, God will add to me another son.

LITV Translation:
And she called his name Joseph, saying, May Jehovah add to me another son.

ESV Translation:
And she called his name Joseph, saying, “May the LORD add to me another son!”

Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And she called his name Joseph, saying, Let God add to me another son.
