And Prepared is walking toward El-Hears, and is taking אֶת-Mahalath,927 built-one of El-Hears, builder of Father-of-Tumult, sister of Fruitfulnesses,928 upon his women, to himself, to a woman.

LITV Translation:
then Esau went to Ishmael and took Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael, the son of Abraham, Nebajoth's sister. To his wives he added her for his wife.
ESV Translation:
Esau went to Ishmael and took as his wife, besides the wives he had, Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael, Abraham’s son, the sister of Nebaioth.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
Esau went to Ishmael, and took Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael, the son of Abraham, the sister of Nebaioth, a wife in addition to his other wives.

Strong’s #4258, Machalat. The title of a couple Psalms (Ps. 53:1, 88:1). Also the grandbuilt-one of King David in 2 Chronicles 11:18. Strong relates it to challah (#2470) to be weak/sick, hence sickness.
