In the Hot-one of the Third-one; and Father-of-Tumult is lifting up את-his eyes and is seeing את-the Standing-place from afar.

RBT Paraphrase:
within the Third Day. And Father of Multitude is lifting up the self eternal eyes of himself, and he is seeing the self eternal Standing Place from far away.
