And Father-of-Tumult is sending away אֶת-his hand, and he is taking אֶת-the Eating One to slaughter752 his son/builder.
RBT Paraphrase:
And Father of Multitude is sending away a self eternal hand of himself, and he is taking the self eternal Eating Knife to slaughter the son of himself.

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And Abraham will stretch out the hand and will take the knife to slaughter his son.
LITV Translation:
And Abraham put out his hand and took the knife to slay his son.
ESV Translation:
Then Abraham reached out his hand and took the knife to slaughter his son.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And Abraham stretched forth his hand to take the knife to slay his son.

Strong’s #7819, shachat. To slaughter. The word is normally used in reference to slaughtering animals in sacrifice and not of humans. The miss-offering (sin-offering) is also slaughtered [shachat] in Leviticus 4:33.
