And Father-of-Tumult is circumcising אֶת-He-Laughs his builder, a builder of the fat of days, as when elohim has laid charge upon אֶת-him.

RBT Paraphrase:

Cutting Off

And Father of Multitude is circumcising self eternal He Laughs, the son of himself, a son of the fatness of days, just as he had laid charge upon his eternal self, mighty ones.

LITV Translation:
And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac, a son of eight days, as God had commanded him.

ESV Translation:
And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac when he was eight days old, as God had commanded him.

Brenton Septuagint Translation:
And Abraham circumcised Isaac on the eighth day, as God commanded him.
