And Father-King is shouldering-up in the dawn, and he is calling-out to the whole of his slaves, and he is ordering-words אֶת-the whole of the Words of the Mighty One in their ears. And the Mortal-men are fearing exceedingly.

RBT Paraphrase:

Father to Heart to Father

And My Father is King is shouldering up in the Dawn, and he is summoning all of the slaves of himself, and he is putting in order all the self eternal Words of the Mighty One, within the ears of themselves. And the Mortal men are fearing exceedingly.

LITV Translation:
And Abimelech started up early in the morning and called for all his servants. And he spoke all these words in their ears. And the men were greatly afraid.

So Abimelech rose early in the morning and called all his servants and told them all these things. And the men were very much afraid.

And Abimelech rose early in the morning, and called all his servants, and he spoke all these words in their ears, and all the men feared exceedingly.
