Strong’s #8193, saphah. Lip, edge, boundary. Not language/tongue as referred to in Gen. 10:31 and previously. Used for shore, bank, brim, edge, lip of the mouth/cup/bowl, etc. The implication of this word might be a controlled way of speech, limited to flowing in one path, or if one lip, a single bank surrounding a pool or lake.

This word (Strong’s #1697, dabar) means arranged discourse, word. It is exactly that used of “the Word of the Master”.
