Ἐχάρην λίαν ὅτι εὕρηκα ἐκ τῶν τέκνων σου περιπατοῦντας ἐν ἀληθείᾳ, καθὼς ἐντολὴν ἐλάβομεν παρὰ τοῦ πατρός.

I rejoiced exceedingly because I have discovered from out the Children of yourself those who are treading around within a truth, even as we took hold of a commandment close beside the Father!

LITV Translation:
I rejoiced greatly because I found your children walking in truth, as we received command from the Father.

ESV Translation:
I rejoiced greatly to find some of your children walking in the truth, just as we were commanded by the Father.
