Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And all Israel saw that the king heard not to them, and the people will turn back to the king, saying, What portion to us in David? And no inheritance in the son of Jesse: each to thy tents, O Israel: now see thy house, O David. And all Israel will go to his tents.
LITV Translation:
And all Israel saw that the king did not listen to them, and the people sent back to the king, saying, What part do we have in David? Yea, there is no inheritance in the son of Jesse. Each to your tents, O Israel! Now see to your house, David! And all Israel went to their tents.
ESV Translation:
And when all Israel saw that the king did not listen to them, the people answered the king, “What portion have we in David? We have no inheritance in the son of Jesse. Each of you to your tents, O Israel! Look now to your own house, David.” So all Israel went to their tents.
Brenton Septuagint Translation:
for the king did not hearken to them. And the people answered the king, saying, What portion have we in David, or inheritance in the son of Jesse? to thy tents, O Israel: now see to thine own house, David. So all Israel went to their tents.
