1John 4:20

Ἐάν τις εἴπῃ ὅτι Ἀγαπῶ τὸν Θεόν, καὶ τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ μισῇ, ψεύστης ἐστίν· ὁ γὰρ μὴ ἀγαπῶν τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ ὃν ἑώρακε, τὸν Θεὸν ὃν οὐχ ἑώρακε πῶς δύναται ἀγαπᾷν;

RBT Hebrew Literal:

If anyone should say that 'I agape-love the God' and the Brother of himself should hate, he is a liar/false one, for the one who is not agape-loving the Brother of himself, whom he has perceived, he has no power to agape-love the God whom he has not perceived.

Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
If any say, I love God, and hate his brother, he is a liar: for he not loving his brother whom he has seen, God whom he has not seen, how can he love? 21And this command have we from him, That he loving God love his brother also.
