RBT Paraphrase:
יתנבאו - Reflexive, "Prophesying of their own selves"
And he is becoming when the Dual-Bright ones he crossed over. And they are prophesying of themselves, until the climbing up of the Gift, and there is no voice, and there is no one eyeing, and there is no one paying attention.
Julia Smith Literal 1876 Translation:
And it will be as the noon passed by, and they will prophesy even to the going up of the gift, and no voice, and none answered, and no attention.
