1 John 4:3

καὶ πᾶν πνεῦμα ὃ μὴ ὁμολογεῖ Ἰησοῦν Χριστὸν ἐν σαρκὶ ἐληλυθότα, ἐκ τοῦ Θεοῦ οὐκ ἔστι· καὶ τοῦτό ἐστι τὸ τοῦ ἀντιχρίστου, ὃ ἀκηκόατε ὅτι ἔρχεται, καὶ νῦν ἐν τῷ κόσμῳ ἐστὶν ἤδη.

Anti-Christs Multitudinous!

And every spirit which is not agreeing with the Salvation, he is not from out of the God, and this one is the one of the Antichrist whom you have heard that he is coming, and

now

he is already within the Order!

"Are both walking united, unless they have agreed/met?"

And every spirit which does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not from God; and this is the antichrist which you heard is coming, and now is already in the world.

ESV Translation:
and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already.
