1 John 3:8

ὁ ποιῶν τὴν ἁμαρτίαν ἐκ τοῦ διαβόλου ἐστίν, ὅτι ἀπ᾽ ἀρχῆς ὁ διάβολος ἁμαρτάνει. Εἰς τοῦτο ἐφανερώθη ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ Θεοῦ, ἵνα λύσῃ τὰ ἔργα τοῦ διαβόλου.

RBT Translation:

The one who is making the Miss, he is from out of the Accuser because the Accuser is missing away from an origin. Into this one the Son of the God has been made manifest so that he might untie the Works of the Accuser.

"For the arrows of the Destroyer are close beside myself, whose burning heat of themselves the spirit of myself imbibed; the terrors of a mighty one ("Eloah") are setting myself in array!"

LITV Translation:
The one practicing sin is of the Devil, because the Devil sins from the beginning. For this the Son of God was revealed, that He undo the works of the Devil.

ESV Translation:
Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil.
